Ted serves as an of-counsel attorney with The Cochran Firm – Birmingham; where he focuses his practice on consumer bankruptcy and divorce. Ted Stuckenschneider draws on his 40 years of experience to guide you through the courts when you face bankruptcy, consumer debt issues, or divorce. Ted’s client-focused approach to lawyering has enabled him to help thousands of people across the state of Alabama get a “fresh start” and achieve financial stability. Since 1999, Ted has been certified in Consumer Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. He also teaches consumer bankruptcy classes as a professor at the Birmingham School of Law. Ted has also served as a lecturer at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. In his past-time, Ted is an avid hunter and fisherman with a passion for wildlife and wetland conservation.
